Remote Problem Resolution:
As a first step, we will attempt to resolve the issue remotely, such as by providing advice or technical support. We may ask you to send detailed information, including photos or videos of the issue. -
Returns and Refunds:
If the problem persists, we will act in accordance with European Union customer service regulations. In such cases, you may return the machine to Hungary, where it was manufactured. Once we receive and inspect the machine, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Warranty
All VadkertAgro rotary hoes come with a minimum 2-year warranty in compliance with European Union regulations. This warranty covers defects and issues that arise under normal use. Under the warranty:
- Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace the defective machine free of charge.
- Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund the purchase price.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use.
- Issues caused by lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
To file a warranty claim, please visit the Support page, which can be found under the Contact menu, and include proof of purchase along with details of the issue.
Important Information for Returns
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Please contact us before returning the machine so we can provide you with the exact return address and additional instructions.
