Manufacturing and Delivery Time
At VadkertAgro, every machine is made to order to perfectly meet your needs. After placing your order, we begin production, which takes between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on the model and current demand.
- During the manufacturing process, we keep you updated on the progress via email.
- Once the machine is ready, we arrange pickup with our shipping partner at the beginning of the week.
- Delivery within Europe typically takes 2–3 business days after the shipping partner collects the machine.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based solely on the destination country or region you provide. Exact costs are calculated during checkout and automatically determined based on your location.
International Shipping
Outside of Hungary, we currently ship exclusively within Europe to the following countries:

Unloading Requirements
Unloading the machines often requires heavy-duty vehicles with forklifts. Please ensure the appropriate equipment is available at the delivery location when receiving the product.
Shipping Notifications
- After processing your order, we will notify you via email with the estimated manufacturing and delivery timelines.
- You will also receive an email notification once the machine has been handed over to our shipping partner.
Clear communication and timely updates are our priority to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Shipping Damages
If the product arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damages.
- Notify us immediately at info@vadkertagro.com.
- We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently.
