2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of the agreement is the soil cultivation machines manufactured and sold by Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft., specifically designed for vineyards, orchards, and other agricultural purposes.
3. Purchase Process
The purchase process is divided into the following markets and customer categories:
3.1. Purchase in Hungary (Domestic)
For purchases made in Hungary, the process is as follows:
• Request for Quote: Purchases for Hungarian customers can only be made through a request for a quote. Customers can contact Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. by clicking the “Request a Quote” button, and the company will send detailed information on prices and shipping conditions via email.
• Prices and VAT: The prices of the products will be listed as net prices, and Hungarian VAT will be added to the purchase price.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping is handled by Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft., and detailed information about shipping costs will be provided in the quote.
3.2. Purchase in EU Countries (International)
For purchases made in EU countries, the process is as follows:
• Webshop Purchase: EU customers can purchase directly from the Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. website. The prices include VAT, and the customer can choose whether to purchase as an individual or as a business customer.
• Private Customers: The prices will include the local VAT applicable in the respective country.
• Business Customers: Business customers within the EU will receive net prices, and VAT will be applied according to local tax laws. The reverse charge VAT mechanism applies if the buyer has a valid EU VAT number.
• Request for Quote: EU customers also have the option to submit a request for a quote if they do not wish to purchase directly through the webshop. The customer service team will then send the price and shipping details by email.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs within the EU will be provided after the request for a quote. The prices will be communicated before the order is finalized. Shipping will be carried out by a third-party transport company.
3.3. Purchase in Non-EU Countries (International)
For purchases made in non-EU countries, the process is as follows:
• Request for Quote: Non-EU customers must submit a request for a quote, which can be done by clicking the “Request a Quote” button. Afterward, Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. will respond by email with detailed information on prices and shipping conditions.
• Prices and Taxation: Prices for non-EU customers will be listed as net prices, as VAT will not be applied. Taxation regulations are determined by the laws of the respective country, and VAT and other customs and tax duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs to non-EU countries will be provided after the request for a quote, as the costs vary depending on the region and the type of product. Shipping will be handled by a third-party transport company.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement
The purchase is considered completed when Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. responds to the customer’s request for a quote and sends the detailed offer to the customer. Acceptance of the offer and confirmation of the order constitute the valid establishment of the contract.
For purchases from EU countries, the confirmation of the purchase is completed through the webshop upon finalizing the order.
5. Payment Terms
The payment method and currency are as follows:
• In Hungary: Customers can only pay via bank transfer.
• In EU countries: EU customers can pay via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer when purchasing directly from the website.
• In Non-EU countries: The payment method and currency will be determined after the request for a quote, with bank transfer being available.
6. Manufacturing and Delivery Time
At VadkertAgro, all machines are custom-made to meet your specific requirements. After placing an order, production will begin, and the manufacturing time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the model and current demand.
During the production process, you will receive continuous updates via email.
Once the machine is ready, we will arrange for pickup with our shipping partner at the beginning of the week.
Within Europe, delivery typically occurs 2-3 working days after pickup by the shipping company.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend solely on the country or region of the delivery address provided by the customer. The exact costs will be displayed at checkout when the order is finalized, and the system will automatically calculate the fees based on the destination country or region. In the case of a quote request, customers will be informed of the shipping fees via email.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, as long as the product is returned to Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. in an intact, unused, and undamaged condition. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. If the withdrawal is valid, the purchase price of the product will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

8. Warranty and Guarantee
The products are subject to the warranty and guarantee provisions set by applicable laws. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified for specific products.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. website (e.g., images, texts, logos, graphic elements) are protected by copyright. Their use is only allowed with prior permission from the company.
10. Data Protection
Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. ensures the protection of customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customers’ personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
11. Final Provisions
In case of a dispute between the customer and Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft., both parties will strive to resolve the issue through friendly negotiations.
For EU Consumers:
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the customer is entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. Vadkert-Agrotechnika Kft. participates in the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which is an online platform provided by the European Commission for out-of-court dispute resolution.

For Domestic Hungarian Consumers:
Hungarian customers can also use local alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. The relevant ADR authority in Hungary is the National Consumer Protection Authority. Additional information can be found on their official website.
For Non-EU Consumers:
For non-EU customers, any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiations will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts. The parties agree that Hungarian law shall govern the resolution of the dispute, provided that this does not create an unfair disadvantage to the consumer.
If alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods are available in the customer’s jurisdiction, the customer is encouraged to explore these before proceeding with legal action. However, if ADR fails or is not available, the dispute shall be settled before the competent Hungarian courts.
Further Legal Steps:
If the dispute cannot be resolved through ADR or negotiations, it will be settled before the appropriate courts. For Hungarian consumers, Hungarian courts will have jurisdiction. For EU consumers, the dispute will be resolved according to the laws of the customer’s country and the regulations of the European Union. For non-EU consumers, Hungarian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, and the dispute will be governed by Hungarian law.
